: This study falls under the scope of the Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act (WMO). The study protocol (version 3, 2th November 2018) has been approved by the Medical Research Ethics Committee (MREC) of Amsterdam UMC, location VUmc under number 2018.442/NL66922.029.18. All 16 NHs received approval from the MREC to participate in the study. Informed consent is obtained in writing and orally from all participants (or their representatives, in case of legal incapacity).
