Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The aim of the project falls outside the Health Research Act and the study was deemed not to need approval by the Regional Committees for Medical and Health Research Ethics. The study was approved by the Data Protection Officer at the University Hospital of North Norway and the Data Protection Officer at Apotek 1 Gruppen AS. Because it was a retrospective study and all data was anonymised by Apotek 1, the need to obtain written informed consent was waived.
