Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The ADNeT Registry was approved by the Alfred Hospital Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC) under the National Mutual Acceptance Scheme (Project Number: 44037, Approval date: 27/08/2018). Participants will be recruited using either an opt-out approach or waiver of consent. The two approaches were covered in the ethics approval for this project.
