Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The project was approved by the Human Subjects Ethics Committee of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (HSEAR20170510001) and the Regional Ethical Review Board in Lund, Sweden (20176/781). Ethics approval was also obtained at the two LTCFs, where interviews with the participants were conducted. The participants provided their written informed consent prior to data collection and were informed that we were going to use their anonymized data in our reporting.
