Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study was approved by the Swiss Ethics Committee on research involving humans using BASEC (), reference 2017–01907 (decision of 21 December 2017). The full decision of the CER-VD can be obtained from the authors upon request. The study was performed in agreement with the Helsinki declaration and its former amendments, and in accordance with the applicable Swiss legislation. All participants or their legal representatives (in case of confusion or cognitive impairment) provided a signed informed consent before entering the study.
