Ethics approval and consent to participate
: Ethical approval was granted by the Research Ethics Committees of Trinity College Dublin Faculty of Health Sciences Research Ethics Committee. Ethical approval was also received from the Health Service Providers where the research was conducted. Data was collected by means of an anonymous survey therefore consent was implied by completion of the survey by the study participants. This was permitted by the research ethics committees that approved the research study.
