: This study was submitted to and approved by the Ethics committee UZ Leuven/KU Leuven as s60763. The Ethics Committee Research (EC Research) of the University Hospitals Leuven (UZ Leuven) has initially given a positive advice for the above-mentioned protocol on 6 February 2018. Documents/answers submitted on 10 October 2019, 5 December 2019 and 30 December 2019 have been taken into account in the evaluation of the modification. A favorable advice for the last amendment was given on 30 December 2019.
