: This study was approved by the Regional Ethical Review Board (Dnr 959–15). In the H70 study, all study participants provided written informed consent. If the participant was unable to provide own consent due to cognitive decline, consent was obtained from a relative of or legal guardian of the participant. For this focus group study, which is part of the H70 study, all participants were deemed capable of ethically and medically consenting for their participation in the research presented in this manuscript. All participants gave their written informed consent to participate in the study.
