Ethics approval and consent to participate
: The study received approval from the University of Adelaide Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC-2018-247), the South Australian Department for Health and Wellbeing Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC/20/SAH/15), the Department of Human Services (DHS) External Request Evaluation Committee (EREC/RMS0432), and was registered with the Monash University Human Research Ethics Committee. All residents (or their substitute decision maker) provided written informed consent. All necessary institutional review boards gave ethical approval to conduct the study.
