: The ethics committee of the Regionala Etikprövningsnämnden Uppsala, Sweden number 2016/567 (2003:460) and Institutional Review Board Committee of Boromarajonani College of Nursing Nakhonratchasima, Thailand number AF09-10COA No. 001/2560 approved the study. All participants received oral and written information about the overall purposes, protocols, time required for participation, and the right to withdraw from the study.
