: Ethical approval has been obtained from the ethical committee of Kiel (reference number: D427/17), Bochum (reference number: 19–6659-MPG), Brescia (reference number: NP 1471), Porto (reference number: 2018.087 (076-DEFI/076-CES)) and Curibitia (reference number: 2–686.426). In Bochum, the protocol of this study is implemented in the larger Project “<i>Automatisierte Erfassung von Bewegungsprofilen bei Patienten mit Parkinson Syndromen</i> (PARK-MOVE study)”. In Brescia, the protocol of this study is implemented in the larger Project “Clinical studies of adult movement disorders- DMA study”. In Porto, the protocol of this study is implemented in the larger Project “Keep Control - How does peripheral neuropathy relevantly influences gait and balance in PD”. The centres have submitted their proposals according to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.
