: This study used publicly available data of Pakistan Social and Living Standards Measurement Survey (PSLM) and therefore permissions and/or licenses to access the data used in this study is not a requirement. The Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS) received ethical approval from the National Bioethics Committee (ExternalRef removed) to conduct the PSLM. All participants gave verbal informed consent prior to the interview and all data were shared in anonymized form.
