Ethics approval and consent to participate

: The project has been granted ethical approval by the Survey and Behavioral Research Ethics Committee of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (Ref No: SBRE-18-468). All of the participants were given information about the purpose of the study and details of the research procedures before the interview. Written informed consent was obtained from each of the participants before the interview started. The participants were allowed to withdraw from the study at any point. All of the data were kept confidential and anonymous.
