: Ethical approval was obtained from the Medisch Ethische Toetsingscommissie Brabant (project number P2055) on 10 February 2021. This study will be conducted according to the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki (7th revision, October 2013) and in accordance with the Medical Research Involving Human Participants Act (WMO) and other guidelines, regulations and acts such as Good Clinical Practice and the statement conducting research involving humans. Possible amendments will be communicated with trial registries, participants and journals. All participants will sign informed consent and will be aware that participation is voluntary. Participants may withdraw from the study at any time.

: The first author (MvG) is an early stage investigator, employed by the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and will perform the analysis of the data, in collaboration with the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. One author (SF) is employed by VeiligheidNL, which is the institute that owns the In Balance intervention. SF and other persons working at VeiligheidNL will not be involved in the data analysis and do not have influence on the results in any way. No funding has been received from a commercial organization.
