: The Regional Committee on Health Ethics in the Region of Southern Denmark, Denmark replied in January 2018 (No. S-20182000-6) that according to Danish legislation of Scientific Ethical Committees Act, § 14. 1, ethical approval was not needed for this study. The ethics committee emphasized that this was a project using interviews. Therefore, the project falls outside the scope of the Committee Act’s definition of a notifiable Health Science research project.We followed the principals of the Consolidated criteria for reporting qualitative research (Tong A, Sainsbury P, Craig J, 2017) and the Danish Code of Conduct for Research Integrity. Storage and management of the data fulfilled the European General Data Protection Regulations. All participants gave informed consent and signed a consent form. Patients were informed that they were free to withdraw their consent at any time and that the findings would be anonymous.
