: The study design, procedures, and informed consent have been approved by the Hadassah Hebrew University Hospital Ethics Committee, Jerusalem, Israel (Trial ID 0074-19-HMO), and will be conducted according to the ethical standards of the Helsinki Declaration. Any important modifications in study protocol will be communicated to the ethics committee and the funding body. Written informed consent will be attained, by the study physicians, following a detailed explanation given by the study physicians (Principal Investigator JMJ or Co Investigator YA), and will include instructions how to act in case of any possible medical complications arising either directly (e.g. risk of falls and fractures, musculoskeletal pains, strained ligaments) or secondary to the exercise programs (e.g. cardiac arrhythmias or angina). Participants assigned to the control groups will be offered to receive a personalized exercise program using the study-app on completing the study.
