: The study was approved by the Regional Ethical Review Board in Umeå, Sweden (registration number 07-028 M [2007] and 2012-464-31 M [2013]) and performed in accordance with the ethical principles stated in the Declaration of Helsinki. Written information was provided to all participants and posters with information about the study was available by the entrance of the nursing homes.
