: The research received ethical approval from the Swedish Ethical Review Agency (Registration nr: 2017/1439–31/1 and nr: 2018/2691–32) prior the beginning of the data collection and all methods were performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki guidelines and regulations. Before the data collection begun, the participants were given both oral and written information about the study regarding aim, purpose, and research method as well as the consent policy, which included how data was managed and stored, and that information would be published in national and international journals. By signing the document, the participants accepted the conditions of the study.
