: The SONIC study was approved by the Institutional Review Board of Osaka University Graduate School of Medicine, Dentistry, and Human Sciences (Osaka, Japan) and the Tokyo Metropolitan Geriatric Hospital and Institute of Gerontology (Tokyo, Japan). This Research was performed in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was obtained from all study participants on site prior to starting the survey. Participation of this study was voluntary. Was voluntary.
