: This study was performed according to Swiss law. An ethics waiver was obtained from the Bern ethics committee (KEK 2019-00512), which considered it a quality evaluation study not under the jurisdiction of an ethics committee and confirmed that the research project fulfils the general ethical and scientific standards for research with humans. General informed consent status was checked; where patients objected to the use of their data in health research, their records were excluded from analysis out of respect for their objection.All methods used were performed in accordance with the relevant guidelines and regulations.
