: The present study utilizes de-identified data from a secondary source. This data has been archived in the public repository of the statistical center of Iran, and access to data is Free and open. According to the ethical charter of the Statistical Centre of Iran, the principle of protection of the confidentiality of personal information has been observed in the collection, processing and dissemination of statistical information. Informed consent and ethical approval were waived by the Research Ethics Committee of the University of Isfahan (IR.UI.REC.1398.001), as this was deemed non-human subjects research due to the analysis of de-identified secondary data. Therefore, there is no need for additional ethical approval to conduct the present study.
