: The data used in this study were derived from the Sixth National Health Service Survey (NHSS, 2018) in Jiangxi. Based on the Statistical Law of the People’s Republic of China, the survey was approved by the National Bureau of Statistics of China, ethical review was conducted by the Medical Ethics Expert Committee of the National Health and Family Planning Commission, and the National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China organised and implemented the survey. The Jiangxi Province Health Commission undertook the Health Service Survey in Jiangxi Province. Co-author F.X. is mainly responsible for the field survey for the Jiangxi Health Services Survey project and has obtained administrative permission by Jiangxi Province Health Commission to access the data used in this study.Participants gave verbal informed consent to participate in the study. Prior to the implementation of the survey, the investigators used verbal informed consent to inform the respondents of the purpose of this survey in accordance with a pre-prepared electronic version of the informed consent form. Upon completion of the survey, respondents signed the electronic version to confirm their consent. Participants under the age of 16 years obtained consent on behalf of their parents or guardians. The above procedures are based on the Statistical Law of the People’s Republic of China, approved by the National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China and reviewed by the Medical Ethics Expert Committee of the National Health and Family Planning Commission.
