Patients from Part B will provide written informed consent before completing the study questionnaire. All sites will also adhere to all local and national ethical guidelines for conducting research and apply for ethical approval, if necessary. The results of this study will be disseminated through peer-reviewed journals, conference presentations and the doctoral thesis of the first author.
