: All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. The study protocol was not subject to Medical Research involving Human Subjects Act,Medical Research Ethics Committees United, MEC-U, W19.271, and was approved by the local review board of all Hospitals; Maasstad Hospital; (L2020001), Martini Hospital (2020–006), and Red Cross Hospital (20.003/DW). Since this is a retrospective study, the medical ethical committee decided that informed consent was not needed (MEC-U W19.271) and the local review boards decided the same.
