: Ethical approval and consent of the study has been obtained from the ethics committee of the German Sport University Cologne (GSU, application number 104/2021). This approval covers all four study sites (Cologne, Bonn, Dusseldorf, and Bremen; addresses are included at the end of the protocol).All identified insured persons of “Generali Deutschland Krankenversicherung AG” (Generali Germany Health Insurance AG) and its subsidiary receive all study material (detailed study information brochure, health questionnaire, informed consent) by mail.
