: The study was approved by the Canton of Valais ethics Committee (Commission Cantonale d’éthique médicale, CCVEM) and was granted an exemption from requiring individual written informed consent. During the Covid pandemic, the Canton ethics committee stated a general consent due to public health crisis, waiving the requirement for individual consent in the interest of public health (decision of January 22th, 2021).
