: The present study was conducted as a questionnaire study, not involving human biological material. Therefore, ethical approval and the need for informed consent to participate were fully waived by the Danish National Committee for Ethics in Biomedical Research (according to the Danish Act on Research Ethics Review of Health Research Projects; §14 stk 2, June 2011). Further, this study was registered at the University of Southern Denmark’s Research and Innovation Office, and data was handled in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679). The study was carried out in accordance with institutional requirements and the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.
