: This manuscript reports a study involving human participants. The ethical approval for the study was obtained from the Gulu University Research Ethics Committee (GUREC) with the approval number GUREC-2021-185 to which none of the authors was affiliated because the Lira University Research Ethics Committee (LUREC) wasn’t yet accredited to operate at that time of the ethical application for the study.
