: The BLAS obtained ethical approval from the Ethics Committee of Birjand University of Medical Sciences (Ethical Code: IR.BUMS.REC.1397.54) and the Endocrine and Metabolism Research Institute affiliated with Tehran University of Medical Sciences (Ethical Code: IR.TUMS.EMRI.REC.1396.00158). Moreover, this study received approval from the ethical committee of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences (Ethical Code: IR.USWR.REC.1398.090). All procedures adhered to the scientific principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was obtained from all participants. In cases with cognitive problems (abbreviated mental test score < 7), informed consent was obtained from one of the close relatives or formal representatives of the participants. In the case of illiterate participants, we asked their trusted people to read the informed consent to them and put their fingerprints if they agreed.
