: The BLAS obtained ethical approval from the Ethics Committee of Birjand University of Medical Sciences (Ethical Code: IR.BUMS.REC.1397.54) and the Endocrine and Metabolism Research Institute affiliated with Tehran University of Medical Sciences (Ethical Code: IR.TUMS.EMRI.REC.1396.00158). Moreover, this study received approval from the ethical committee of Social Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences (Ethical Code: IR.USWR.REC.1398.090). All procedures adhered to the scientific principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Informed consent was obtained from all participants. In cases with cognitive problems (abbreviated mental test score < 7), informed consent was obtained from one of the close relatives or formal representatives of the participants.
