: This study was conducted in accordance with the ethical standards as set out in the Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments (World Medical Association, 2022). According to Swedish law, studies that do not involve sensitive data, such as data relating to health, politics, or sexual orientation, do not require permission from the Ethical Review Authority (Ethical Review Act 2003:460). This study does not comprise experimental research, and no information in this study relates to an individual person. The respondents (registered nurses) were given information about the purpose of the study and were told that participation was voluntary and that their answers would be treated confidentially. Informed consent was obtained from all subjects. A data analysis and research plan was approved and registered at the Linköping University.
