: Mandated by the Danish Data Protection Agency, the study was approved by the Capital Region of Denmark (local record number HGH-2017–021). The ethics committee of the Capital Region of Copenhagen (j.nr H-17006045) evaluated the study and found that ethical approval was not required. The methods used in this study were performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Informed consent was obtained from all participants prior to interviews and observations used for evaluation for feasibility.
