: All patient data were de-identified by scrambling the identification codes to maintain privacy. The researchers applied the relevant claims information for medical research by obtaining a waiver of patient consent under the National Health Research Institute (NHRI) regulations. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations (Declaration of Helsinki). The ethics committee of Taichung Tzu Chi Hospital agreed this study protocol. The informed consent was also waived by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Taichung Tzu Chi Hospital.
