: The study protocol (version 4.0 dated 3-8-23) was approved by the Mayo Clinic Institutional Review Board (IRB #22-005400). As outlined in the IRB protocol, written informed consent will be obtained from all participants as part of this study by our independent research coordinator. This coordinator will not participate in data collection or analysis. Any participant may wish to remove themselves from the study whenever they choose to do so, and this fact will be communicated clearly during consent as well as during any adverse events. All experiments will be performed in accordance with relevant guidelines and regulations (such as the Declaration of Helsinki). Any protocol updates or modifications will be disseminated to participants via email and/or written letter.
