: The secondary analysis of the ATHIS 2014 data which were used for this study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the Medical University Vienna: EK Nr. 2211/2015. ATHIS 2014 was conducted by Statistics Austria in accordance with Declaration of Helsinki. Participation in ATHIS 2014 was voluntary, and all participants provided informed consent before the telephone interview. Access to linked ATHIS 2014 survey data and cause-of-death information was provided via the Austrian Micro Data Center (AMDC) of Statistics Austria following national legislation (Bundesstatistikgesetz §31, Forschungsorganisationsgesetz §38b).
