: Ethics approval for this study was obtained from the Ethical committees, namely: Ethical committee of Charles University, Czech Republic; Ethical committee of Medical University of Sofia, Bulgaria; Ethical committee of University of Zagreb, Croatia; Ethical committee of University of Tartu, Estonia; Ethical committee of University of Belgrade, Serbia; Ethical committee of University of Barcelona, Spain; and Ethical committee of Marmara University, Turkey. All ethical approvals of all participating countries were obtained in accordance with local regulations and informed consent on participation was obtained from all subjects before data collection. Participating subjects were free to decline participation any time during the study. Data were collected and stored under specific codes with an assurance of anonymity and data confidentiality. All methods were carried out in accordance with relevant project guidelines and regulations.
