The study received ethical approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of the International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS), Mumbai, India. Informed consent (oral/written) was taken from all respondents prior to the interview. The participants were assured of the voluntary nature of participation in the survey and informed of their right to not answer any question or all of the questions (right to withdraw from the interview at any stage).
