: The PRAEP-GO RCT has been approved by the ethical committee of the Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin as the primary study center (approval number EA1/225/19). The current study protocol is version 1.1 (13.06.2020). The trial is being conducted in agreement with the principles of the Declaration of Helsinki.
