: Ethical approval was granted by the Medical Research Ethics Committees United (w21.235). The committee reviewed the study and concluded that it was not subject to the Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act (WMO) []. The Research Ethics committees of the host institutions also conducted a feasibility check to ensure participation. Finally, approval was obtained from the managers of the participating GTU departments.The participants were informed verbally and in writing about the study’s purpose and were assured that they could withdraw their consent at any time without consequence. All participants gave written consent before the interview started.
