: The study was conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki as well as the rules applicable in the Netherlands. The local Medical Ethics Review Committee, CMO region Arnhem-Nijmegen at the Radboud University Medical Center, stated that the Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act (WMO) does not apply to this study and that an official approval of this study was not required (reference number 2018–4354).
