: The trial design was prospectively registered at ClinicalTrials.gov on September 16, 2023 (NCT06049914), and any significant changes in the protocol will be reported in the trial registry. The study protocol for all three sites (primary care clinics: Dongdong Family Clinic, Dongbu Hanil Surgery Clinic, and Seoul Bom Union Clinic) and Kyung Hee University Medical Center was approved by the Public Institutional Review Board of the Ministry of Health and Welfare (P01-202307-01-013). The study will be conducted according to the guidelines of the Declaration of Helsinki. Primary clinic doctors will obtain written informed consent from each participant for all procedures and assessments. The Ethics Board will be informed of any severe or unexpected adverse events during the study. Direct access to the source data will be provided for monitoring, audits, Research Ethics Committee or Institutional Review Board reviews, and regulatory authority inspections during and after the study period. All patient information will be recorded anonymously, and only the authors and research team will have access to the original data. Results will be disseminated through peer-reviewed publications and conferences.
