: Ethical clearance for this study was obtained from the Ethics Review Committee, Faculty of Medicine, University of Ruhuna, Sri Lanka (Reference number; 2021.P.075). All participants provided informed consent to participate, collected via an information sheet and consent form. From the participants, those with cognitive impairment, the informed consent was obtained from a legal guardian who was available with the patient at the time of data collection.
