: Ethical approval was obtained from the institutional board of the Institute of General Practice and Public Health, Bolzano, Italy. All study procedures were in accordance with the 1964 Helsinki Declaration and its amendments, European Union General Data Protection Regulation (679/2016), and Italian Data Protection Law (196/2003).
