: The study was performed according to the Dutch law and Good Clinical Practice guidelines. The Medical Review Ethics Committee region Arnhem-Nijmegen concluded that this study was not subject to the Medical Research Involving Human Subjects Act (case number CMO: 2020–6808). All subjects gave informed written consent about their participation in the study. Inclusion took place between August 2020 and April 2021. All participants provided informed consent before starting to participate in the research.
