: This study was a controlled observational study conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki. It was reviewed and approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of Hunan Provincial People’s Hospital (approval number: LL-20250517-457). As this was not a prospective intervention study, no clinical study lot number was requested. All participants signed written informed consent. This study is a retrospective case-control analysis, not a prospective intervention trial. We applied for an ethics batch number but did not apply for a clinical study number.
