Approval was granted by the Research Ethics Committee of Urmia University of Medical Sciences (Date: 13/05/2020/No: IR.UMSU.REC.1399.053). The purpose and procedures of the study were clearly explained to the participants. They were assured that their data would remain confidential and that participation was voluntary. All written consent forms were obtained through interviews, especially for illiterate participants.
