: The study was approved by the Charité ethics committee (EA1/032/20), and the study adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki. All participants of the IG gave informed consent. Data from matched controls contained only anonymous claims data, which were obtained in accordance with §75 of the 10th Social Security Code for the transmission of social data for research and planning purposes. The Federal Office for Social Security as corresponding supervisory authority approved of the data transmission for IG and CG members.
