: The present study (No. 403001154) was approved by the Ethics Committee of Kerman University of Medical Sciences (IR.KMU.REC.1404.010). All steps and procedures adhered to the Declaration of Helsinki and the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Necessary permissions were obtained from study settings. At the beginning of the study, all elders provided written informed consent to participate.
