: The study was peer-reviewed and approved by the Medical Ethics Committee (METC) of the Amsterdam University Medical Center (AUMC location VUmc) in The Netherlands. (Protocol ID: VUMC2020.452, submitted protocol version 6.0, OMON trial ID NL8785). Peer review is a standard part of the funding procedure of the Dutch Taskforce for Applied Research SIA (part of the Dutch Research Council, NWO), and during the mid-term evaluation the study is further assessed by an external scientific committee. Written informed consent is obtained from all participants before inclusion. Additional written informed consent is obtained from participants willing to collect blood samples and storage in the Biobank AUMC.
