:
: Ethical approval was obtained from the Regional Ethical Review Board in Gothenburg, Sweden, No. 166 − 15 and 327 − 17, amendment No. 2022-00270-02, which stipulated that we could only collect data on participants’ profession, and no other information. The participants were given written and oral information about the study, including that they could choose to not participate, in line with the four principles of the Helsinki declaration: autonomy, non-maleficence, beneficence and justice []. Data collection was conducted according to the Swedish Ethical Review Act, SFS number: 2003:460. This Act means that health professionals are not required to give written consent, and thus only verbal consent was acquired, as approved by the Gothenburg Regional Ethics Review Board. The hospital’s Chief Executive Officer and the heads of departments approved the study.
