: Ethical approval was obtained by the ethics committee of each participating cluster (University of Ulm (# 84/19 and 265/20), University of Heidelberg (# S-443/2019 and S-692/2020), University of Tübingen (# 352/2019BO2)). The study was registered with the “German Register of Clinical Studies” (ID: DRKS00017828, retrospectively registered on 17.09.2019, ) and conducted in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki.All participants received prior written and verbal information about the study’s content, aims, and data protection regulations. Written informed consent was obtained from all participants. For the NoMAD survey, submission of the online questionnaire was considered as informed consent.
